Best Places in Pavlograd to Watch the Sunset: Pervomaiskiy Park

In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, people tend to overlook the natural beauty that surrounds them on a daily basis. While it’s easy to do, we should try not to take nature’s beauty for granted. What would life be like without golden sunrises and sunsets, sparkling, dew-laden grass, or the silver glow of the moon on darkened seas?

Surely, a life lacking these natural beauties would be terribly dull and gloomy.

One way to reawaken your appreciation for nature is to view a sunset at Pavlograd’s Pervomaiskiy Park. Here, the slow moving water of the River Volchiy winds through reeds and thick grass, reflecting the gorgeous pinks and golds of the sunset like a giant mirror. Couples stroll hand in hand through the peaceful park, stopping at the River Volchiy bridge to enjoy the view.

The warm rays of the setting sun bathe the park in a golden glow, giving it an entirely new appearance. As the light fades from the sky, a calm hush falls over the entire area. The leaves grow still and even the creamy, golden clouds seem to hang suspended in the sky. It’s as if all of nature is frozen by the sunset’s awe-inspiring beauty.

Eventually, the sun slips behind horizon and darkness creeps over the park. It’s a pity to see the leaves lose their golden glow, but as any visitor to Pavlograd will tell you, tomorrow is sure to bring another magical sunset.
