Hot Russian Model, Actress Shows Some Skin

11. June 2010 by Michelle 0 Comments

Born in the former Soviet republic of Uzbekistan, Natalia Anatolievna Shimanchuk set off for Moscow as a teenager to begin her modeling career but had no idea how life changing that move would be. She was quickly scouted by an Italian modeling agency and traveled the world in campaigns for Gucci, Versace, Christian Dior, and other top designers. Then she became a princess.

The grandson of the Shah of Iran, Amir Ebrahim Pahlavi Alam, charmed the Russian beauty and she soon became Princess Natasha Alam. The marriage ended in divorce after 7 years yet she still retains the title. Several years of acting classes helped her land roles on episodes of CSI, Entourage, Nip/Tuck, NYPD Blue, and The Bold and the Beautiful.

Natasha’s latest achievement is her role as Yvetta, a sexy dancer at vampire club Fangtasia, on the HBO television series True Blood. She admitted having reservations for the mostly nude acting opportunity, but once filming began, she felt completely comfortable; so comfortable that she jumped at the chance to pose for the July issue of Playboy. She’s also featured in horror entertainment magazine, GoreZone.

This stunning Russian model turned actress is just another example of why men adore women of the former Soviet Union. She’s smart, sexy, and talented, yet still searching for her perfect match, saying, "You can fall in love with anybody … as long as you kiss him with your inner self, it doesn't matter if he looks like a frog."
