How to Add Us to Your “Safe Senders” List and Ensure You Get Our Emails

25. August 2010 by Admin 0 Comments

From time to time, HotRussianBrides.com sends emails to customers. These can range from announcements about service changes, new features, information about new Russian ladies and Ukrainian brides who have recently joined the site and sometimes communications regarding your account.

As we also automatically send password details to Russian Dating Service members who request that we send them, we require that you keep your correct email information on your account at all times. It’s also a good idea to add us to your email provider’s “Safe Senders” list.

Note: our Customer Support team often uses "@russianlovematch.com" email addresses to handle HotRussianBrides.com emails. We operate both sites.

If you use Microsoft Outlook, you can easily do this by following these steps in the program:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
  3. Click the Safe Senders or Safe Recipients tab.
  4. Click Add.
  5. In the Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain name to be added to the list box, enter “@russianlovematch.com” (without quotes) and then click OK. Do the same for "@hotrussianbrides.com".

Hotmail users can add us to their Safe Senders list by logging into the site and following these steps:

1.       Click the Contacts tab.

2.       In the navigation area on the left, click “Safe List”.

3.       Enter “russianlovematch.com” (without quotes) and click Add. Do the same for "hotrussianbrides.com".

Gmail, AOL and Yahoo Mail users don’t currently have a way to “whitelist” an entire domain. You can always keep an eye on your Junk Mail folder and make sure that if an email comes from us and goes into it, you mark it as “Not Junk” and add the email address to your Safe Senders list.

If you have a mail service that hasn’t been listed above, and you want to know if you can add us to your Safe Senders list, feel free to contact us at Customer Support!
