Membership Fees and HotRussianBrides.com

24. May 2011 by Christy 0 Comments

Some critics complain about the cost of HotRussianBrides and mistakenly assume that every dollar we collect from members is pure profit (or close to it). However, this is far from accurate. Though we are business and must earn a profit to remain viable, we must also cover a wide range of operating expenses to provide the level of service our members have come to enjoy and expect.

So, where do the membership fees go?

Communication Costs

The majority of Russian women do not speak English fluently and therefore need the help of skilled interpreters. These trained professionals translate emails between Russian women and Western gentlemen and help ladies find the right words to express their feelings. Needless to say, we compensate translators for their time and expertise, at a significant expense, and unlike many Russian dating sites we don’t charge per word or per email. HotRussianBrides also helps introduction agencies with the cost of computers, web cams, and Internet, all things Russian ladies need to chat and flirt with foreign suitors.

In addition, HotRussianBrides.com also employs a full-time staff of customer service professionals in the United States. These professionals are available seven days a week to answer questions and address member concerns. Without them, many gentlemen would be lost. IT professionals, graphic designers, administrative support staff, and marketing specialists, among others, are also critical to the success of HotRussianBrides. This, of course, means salaries, health insurance benefits, payroll taxes, not to mention a place to conduct business.

Does every dollar we charge for chat fees, emails, and live video streaming go straight to employees’ bank accounts? Of course not. Though we do have the right (and need) to seek a profit, a large portion of gentlemen’s membership fees goes to providing translators, equipment, and staff, all critical pieces of the Russian dating experience.
