New Airline Carrier to Help Western Men Travel to Ukraine

4. March 2011 by Christy 0 Comments

A new airline at London’s Gatwick Airport will make it easier for Western gentlemen to meet their Ukrainian sweethearts in person. Earlier this week, Gatwick and AeroSvit-Ukranian Airlines announced that the airline will offer five weekly flights to Kiev beginning March 1.

“Our direct flight to Kiev will give passengers the choice to not only travel to the capital but to other regions of the Ukraine such as, Frankovsk, Lugansk, and Odessa,” said Alexander Avdieiev, acting director of AeroSvit-Ukrainian Airlines.

Gatwick officials estimate that AeroSvit-Ukranian will fly thousands of passengers to Ukraine each year. We’re willing to bet more than a few travelers will be on their way to meet beautiful Ukrainian women.

"We are delighted to welcome the new airline carrier, AeroSvit-Ukranian Airlines, to Gatwick which will provide the opportunity for around 65,000 passengers to fly direct to this destination," said Stewart Wingate, Gatwick Airport’s chief executive.

AeroSvit-Ukranian Airlines, the largest Ukrainian network carrier, joins BA, Ukraine International Airlines, and Wizzair in airlines that travel to Kiev from London. Click to view AeroSvit-Ukranian Airlines' upcoming flights.
