Ukrainian heavyweight boxer Vitali Klitschko has been frequently cited as being one of the greatest sportsmen in his generation, not only for his talent in the ring, but also outside and the charitable work he has done for Ukraine and its people. The 38 year old heavyweight champion may be preparing for one of the toughest matches of his illustrious career, as he takes on Chris Arreola.

Arreola, a 28 year old man hailing from Mexico is an entire decade younger than Klitschko and does not have the extensive range of injuries that have forced Vitali Klitschko to retire once already in his career. Still, in preparation for the match – scheduled to take place on September 27th – Klitschko has been open about developing multiple strategies for taking on Arreola. This, in addition to his reputation for having an “Iron Chin”, makes Ukrainian legend Vitali Klitschko the clear favorite in this bout.

Chris Arreola, despite being the underdog, still has a few factors on his side, his youth being one but his size is another. Weighing in at around 270 pounds, Arreola is frequently cited as being “overweight”. Despite this, he seems to channel the weight into his punches and carries himself with the speed and precision of a man half his size. Were Arreola to win, he would be the first Mexican to be crowned WBC Heavyweight Champion.
