Retro Cars Race in Moscow

3. July 2013 by Masha 0 Comments

PobedaThey just don't make cars like they used to, many spectators were heard saying at Tsaritsino Park in Moscow this past Sunday.

35 beauties were on display for a little retro race which included such Soviet stunners as Pobedas and Volgas and American favorites like Buicks and Studebakers.

The oldest car at the event was produced almost a century ago, in 1916!

As usual, beautiful Russian women were seen posing and dancing alongside the automobiles. Despite the stereotypes, Russian ladies love driving and aren't really that bad at it.

Ask your favorite brides which makes and models are their favorites.

When the race was finished, a group of drivers from Belarus won the grand prize with their 1962 Mini, which was a British icon of that decade.

Take a look at some of the old-timers in this video!
