When sending emails to ladies, customers may experience a slight delay from the time they send the email to the time that the email is received by the lady they are interested in. In an effort to ensure safety on our site for all members, HotRussianBrides.com implements email and chat filters to help prevent private and potentially harmful information from being exchanged through our service

In this age of heightened security concerns, identity theft and the spread of digital information, the need to keep an eye on the information that you freely disperse is much stronger than it has ever been. Information about someone such as an email address, last name or a physical address can potentially provide an open door to their entire lives. For security reasons and to enforce our Terms of Use agreement we ask our Members to agree to when joining the site, we have implemented powerful email filters to ensure that all members can use our site without the worry of causing themselves any harm.

What do the Filters look for?

Any information noted in our Terms of Use agreement as being prohibited on the site is immediately flagged by our filter system. This includes, but isn’t limited to: telephone numbers, postal addresses, URLs, instant message IDs, email addresses or any other form of personal contact information. The filters also look for communication that displays or describes pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind, promotes harassment, racism, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual, or displays language of a harassing, abusive, or vulgar nature.

My email didn’t contain any of that! How come my Russian Lady hasn’t received it yet?

Sometimes when checking through the emails, our filters will snag one that actually doesn’t break any rules. It may be withheld for any number of reasons – number strings that look like phone numbers, too many odd punctuation symbols like “@” or repeated characters are some of the most common. These are normally referred to as “false-positives” and are reviewed and released quickly.
